Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, classy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing dune, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a fully independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the second floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Holiday Home Mila

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house. It's a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly €19 Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals, great food and cozy atmosphere. There is free gated parking, which is a 300 meter walk from the house and paid parking right in front for €26 a day.

Celebrate your vacation in the cozy, green Bergen, where you can enjoy the forest, beach and dunes. The detached holiday home Casa Allegria (64 m2) is located next to the monumental Zuiderbosch. Built in 2005, furnished as a vacation home in July 2020 and fully equipped with every comfort. The interior is decorated with an eye for detail and tastefully. Furthermore, there is a lovely terrace, "mini cinema" in the basement with Netflix for rainy days and a spacious bedroom.

Welcome to our lovely vacation home located in the beautiful town of Schoorl, within walking and cycling distance of the forest, the dunes and the sea. The house, completely renovated in 2020, is detached, has its own entrance, a small south-facing garden with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 nice bicycles with gears at the cottage.

Guesthouse De Buizerd

De Buizerd: a super cozy, spacious guest house in the tail of a West Frisian stolpboerderij overlooking the meadows, located close to the beach and the dunes of Bergen and Schoorl. This spacious and cozy house sleeps six adults and/or children. For example, a family with two children and grandparents (who have their bedroom and private bathroom downstairs). Or a group of friends looking for a nice location for their annual get-together weekend.

100-year-old farmhouse with 7 bicycles

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

The house features an impressive 8-meter-long glass sliding door, allowing you to wake up each morning to breathtaking views over the vast polder landscape of Bergen. Despite the serene and peaceful setting, the vibrant center of Bergen is just 1.5 km away. For a wonderful day by the sea, the beach is only about 7 km away.
