Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 8 acres with views over a wild valley run with deer and sanglier. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Le Petit Comte is situated in the beautiful Dordogne, a 15 mins drive (11 km) from Bergerac Airport and approx 1 hour drive from Bordeaux. The beautiful, historic old city of Bergerac is 10 mins by car with its many shops bars and restaurants all on the Dordogne river. The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.
