Dear guests, From this centrally located accommodation you can walk to the Gernlinden train station in 15 minutes. By S-Bahn in 26 minutes at the main station and the A8 highway is 5.4 km away. There is a Lidl, a pizzeria with a beer garden and even a small swimming lake as well as a leisure facility with a football pitch in the immediate vicinity. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. A quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with a view of the garden. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are available. The grill and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clear and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.

The S-Bahn station of the S 2 to Munich can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, with a travel time of half an hour to Munich Central Station. The X730 bus to Pasing station in 36 minutes is also only a 5-minute walk away. After a stroll through the city or a day's work, the cozy south terrace invites you to relax.

The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. Shops for daily shopping and various restaurants can be found within a 15-minute walk.
