Our modern small apartment in a quiet location is located in the district of Dachau. The proximity to Munich and the good S-Bahn connection in our town allows you to reach Munich Central Station in about 30 minutes, for example. Ideal for fitters and weekend commuters, but also for employees of Krauss Maffei, MTU, MAN in Allach and Karlsfeld. These can be reached by S-Bahn in about 15-20 minutes. The good location is an ideal starting point for vacationers and trade fair visitors!

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house with garden in the northern district of Am Hart. It offers a quiet relaxing stay as well as the possibility to get to the city center with its many sights in a short time. The Am Hart U-Bahn [subway] station is just 5 minutes away. By U-Bahn, you can reach Marienplatz and the main train station as well as the Olympic Park or the English Garden in 15 minutes. You can get to the airport in 45 minutes by U2 and S-Bahn S1.

The in-law apartment with private bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. The property is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn, which takes you 20 minutes directly to the center of Munich. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, various restaurants and a bus stop are within 500 meters. The apartment is located in the basement of a small apartment building with 6 parties. There is a private entrance. A lot of light enters the room through the slope and a large window. There is no cooking.

Ideal for city travelers and nature lovers.
