Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Für mehr Infomationen stehe ich Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Ca. 500 m zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich eine Kneipp-Anlage, an der Sie nach langen Spaziergängen ihre Füße erholen können.

After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books.
