Holiday rentals with beach access in Berlin

Our stay in Berlin was fantastic! It was easy to communicate with the host, the self-check-in was perfectly organized. Finding the keys was easy and convenient and there were two sets available. The apartment was well-equipped, with a dishwasher being a huge plus. It was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The location was ideal, right next to the metro, making it super convenient. Overall, it was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Vielen Dank nochmals für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig, mitten in wunderschöner Waldnatur. Küche und Bad haben alles, was man braucht. Ich kann die Unterkunft unbedingt weiter empfehlen!

Super Schönes Zimmer, in echt noch viel besser wie auf den Bildern. Sobald wir wieder in der Nähe sein sollten, gerne wieder!

This was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, just a quick walk from a small beach and the bus stop that will take you to the Spandau metro station for easy access to Berlin (about 1 hr total). The Greek restaurant Korfu is a pleasant 10 minute walk - would highly recommend! Or take the bus the other direction and explore the city of Potsdam, which is also worth a visit! There are also lots of trails through the nearby forest and around the lakes for easy and peaceful hiking or biking. For art and history lovers, these trails are definitely worth exploring for cool sculptures, the historic Alexander Haus, and remaining sections of the Berlin Wall. Luisa's mother was very friendly and had plenty of recommendations for our visit, and was gracious enough to let me do a load of laundry.

Sofort bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns sehr wohl an diesem wunderschönen Ort mit großen Garten am Ufer der Spree... Oliver ist sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, und das Haus, wo wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten, wurde von ihm und Christine mit viel Liebe zum Detail und zur Ästhetik renoviert. Nichts fehlte drin, alles picobello und jedoch einfach gehalten, was wir sehr schätzten. Nicht zu vergessen: ein riesiger Trampolin das von klein und groß, mit viel Spaß benutzt werden darf(!), sowie ein Boot… Vielen Dank für die Ratschläge, die diskrete angenehme Präsenz und diesen schönen Ort, ein kleines Juwel für uns, eher selten in Berliner Umgebung! Bis bald, sehr gerne wieder!

- great value for the price: if you’re looking a place to spend one night, it’s a great option for what you pay . - location: the area itself is not that interesting nor central, but it’s very well connected via metro and buses. I had no issues coming back at 3am. It takes 35-40 minutes to get to Mitte tho but I think it’s normal for Berlin. - communication: I was in contact with another person (who is in charge of cleaning the place and check in) and she was very lovely and helpful. It was easy to communicate with her and she gave me a few recommendations. - cats: I’m in love with the grey cat (one of the best cats I’ve met). Brown cat was always hiding and he/she did it really well. Make sure to close the door to your room if you don’t want to wake up because of them. - cleanliness: well… the apartment is not new and you can see it with furniture. Common areas might get messy because of the cats but it’s mentioned in the description so can’t complain. The bed itself was very clean!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir waren mit vier Personen da und rundum zufrieden. Infrastruktur gut, einkaufen, Anbindung ÖPNV, Auto Richtung Berlin. Aber auch dort schönes, sehenswerte Gegend. Danke 🌸🌸🌸

Sehr schönes Häuschen direkt am Waldrand. Riesiger Garten mit allen nötigen Utensilien wie Grill, Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Sonnenschirm, etc. vorhanden. Perfekt geeignet, um ein paar Tage der Großstadt zu entkommen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Aurelie was sehr gut und freundlich.

The place is magical and the house is extremely beautiful and so spacious. It has everything you need, and is extremely comfortable. There is a very beautiful garden. We would love to stay here again, and even make a trip here for that purpose. Nina was extremely helpful. She baked bread for us on two nights, and when our daughter was hospitalised she helped us out a lot at the hospital. We are so grateful to her! Thank you so much Nina.

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub für uns mit Kindern und Hund. Entspannend und ruhig gelegen, aber gleichzeitig so viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Richtig gute Lage, kurzer Weg zu See und in die Wälder.

Wir waren schon zum dritten oder vierten Mal da. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr groß. Man kann schöne Ausflüge machen. Immer wieder gern.

This Airbnb truly exceeded my expectations. The space was even better than the pictures - spotless, serene, and thoughtfully arranged. The private room, equipped with a dedicated workspace, was perfect for both rest and productivity. The balcony quickly became a favorite spot for relaxation. The host was welcoming and always ready to assist. If you're considering a stay here, I can't recommend it enough. An absolute gem!

Die Lage ist wunderbar. In der Naehe gibt es einen sehr schoenen See. Björn ist sehr nett, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, reagierte Björn sehr schnell. Meine Kinder und ich sjnd sehr zufrieden.

I have visited a number of places offered by Airbnb and similar suppliers but this one is outstanding. Access was easy, the host was not intrusive, apartment absolutely clean, everything in place, a great care to secure any handful and useful piece of equipment, even a whole array of maps and local guides to support strangers in that region. I can recommend this apartment without any hesitation and I am sure everyone is going to be satisfied.
