Unser Haus liegt nur 30 Minuten vom Berliner Zentrum entfernt, ruhig an einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet . Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum See, in dem Schwimmen zwar erlaubt ist, der aber meist nur noch als Angelgewässer genutzt wird. Das Haus ist saniert und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, inklusive elektrischer Rollläden, Sat-TV, Glasfaser, W-LAN, Netflix, Prime & Disney+. Trampolin, Spielplatz, Hängematten, Sonnenliegen und einer großen Terrasse mit Hollywoodschaukel, Whirlpool und Gasgrill.

"It's so cozy," many guests say. "You can sit comfortably on a large sofa or in a rocking chair and gaze at the water for hours, enjoying the peace and quiet." The houseboat is spacious and eco-friendly, comfortably furnished for 2-4 people. Enjoy underfloor heating and a fireplace in winter, and stargazing on the rooftop terrace in summer. It's surrounded by nature, yet centrally located. The "Waldbühne" is within walking distance, or you can reach the Kurfürstendamm in 15 minutes by car.

Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Vacation home on the water - close to the city

Our vacation home is located in Berlin-Gatow and is opposite Villa Lemm. Quiet in the countryside, just a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. The perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other hand, a true dog paradise with lots of nature for long walks, for paddling and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. In addition, there are bathing spots and playgrounds.

This cozy apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa by the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. For swimming, you can go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located near the Avus. The 2 most important S-Bahn lines S1 and S7 are within 5 minutes' walk. There is a bedroom with bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and a sofa bed in the living room.

Our vacation bungalow B2 is located with another bungalow (B1) on a large property on the banks of the Müggelspree. It is comfortably equipped and offers many possibilities for relaxation and sports activities. Parking is ample. Bikes and paddle boats are free to use. The charming surroundings and the exciting city of Berlin invite you to explore. The location is in a recreational area and therefore guarantees plenty of rest and relaxation.

Groß Glienicke is located in The vacation rental is located at the end of the village of Groß Glienicke and is located about 3 minutes walk from the forest and 5 minutes from Sacrower Lake. The apartment itself is new and was prepared with a lot of love for detail. Located on the first floor facing south/west. On the south side there is a 5 m long balcony, with a beautiful view of the treetops.

Very close to Havel river in a green and friendly neighbourhood this cosy room is located in a beautiful house. You can swim in Havel river in the morning or go on a tour with your canoo. Or you go on a bike ride along the river to visit Potsam's castles. Nearby the house you find some restaurants and a supermarket.

The very quiet attic apartment is ideally located between good city connections (25 min. by U-Bahn) and a few steps to the forest and lake area. 2 cozy rooms with views of the countryside, kitchen and bathroom (with shower/tub) make the stay in our house very comfortable.
