The bright, quiet 90 square meter apartment is very close to the center and at the same time in the countryside. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each plus space for 2 sleeping places in the living area. Modern well-furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating area (+ grill). Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Ein Doppelkajak kann für 20 Franken pro Tag gemietet werden.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! By the way: It's also pleasantly cool here in the summer.

Beautiful apartment in an elevated position with a wonderful view of the Untersee and the town of Steckborn. Large windows with a view of the lake and the German shore. Balcony with parasol, table and chairs. The sunset can be very dramatic. The boats and the ever-changing scene on the lake never get boring. In bad weather there is a TV and some games. Hiking, cycling, swimming, SUP and regional restaurants can be enjoyed in Steckborn.

That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. The accommodation is simply sensational for a stay for two directly on the lake. We spent a long sunny weekend in the Seehüüsli and enjoyed bathing (right over the private stairs) grilling on the beautiful terrace or just relax comfortably in the lounge. Communication with Marco is very good. He was always easily accessible with questions, could and give some tips and even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We see the only critical point in case it's wet or cold. Then the various advantages (lake, terrace, barbecue) are not easy to use and it could get tight indoors.

We were very satisfied and enjoyed the very good stay and highly recommend this accommodation. We will be happy to come back at any time and have already positively introduced the accommodation to our friends. The landlords are very hospitable and the apartment can be recommended at any time. It is a very nice holiday area where you can do a lot.

It was a few wonderful days in the accommodation! There were 9 of us and we felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the roof terrace and the large kitchen. Unfortunately, the grill did not work properly, but otherwise everything was great. It wasn't super cheap, but the area isn't cheap either. Many thanks to the hosts!
