In the state-recognized resort town of Zella-Mehlis, we have developed a cozy apartment with a lot of love under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founder company of the world-famous anchor sports weapons. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old bloodbeam, next to the ancient rhododendren bushes or by the creek.
