3 night minimum and 2 day notice. Enjoy peace and privacy in our spacious studio apartment (over 700 sq ft) with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate entrance, parking. The apartment is equipped with one queen and one twin bed. **DO NOT book if you smoke or vape. Going outside to smoke/vape does not help; the smoke smell lingers on the clothes and infiltrates all fabrics in the apartment. It also will enter the main home as part of the apartment shares the same heating/cooling air intake.

Very conveniently located to Nob Hill, Presbyterian and UNM hospitals, shopping, UNM & the sports complexes in a very walkable neighborhood. 5 minutes from the airport!!
