Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. From the Barnim motorway triangle we are within 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get there. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Your large apartment (90 m²) is located on the northeastern outskirts of Berlin, in the middle of the Barnimer Feldmark, only 20 minutes to Berlin-Gesunbrunnen from Buch S-Bahn station. Via the Berliner Ring, we are also ideally accessible by car. The University Hospital Buch is 3 km away. In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment has two couches and a sofa bed with a mattress width of 160 cm in the large living room.

Should it go to the capital, no problem, the train station is a 10-minute walk away. For small children, Willes world is just the thing. A large playground and many animals can be seen there.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow is not far away, there are cafes , restaurants and an ice cream shop with their own production.

The apartment is located in a semi-detached house in a quiet location in the countryside. Parking spot outside the house. The center of Berlin is 25 km away. To the center to Bernau's old town 2 km. Bus connection nearby. It is about 2.5 km to the S-Bahn and the regional trains to Berlin. For nature lovers, forests and lakes in the area are very easy to reach by bike.
