It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Ladeburg, a district of Bernau near Berlin.

The property is located on the edge of the Wandlitz lake landscape and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in Barnim. Berlin can be reached in about 45-60 minutes by public transport or car. Within walking distance of the apartment there are bathing spots of Lake Stolzenhagen and Lake Wandlitz, a playground and a restaurant.
