The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. The holiday apartment is located about 900 meters from the historic old town of Bernkastel. You can reach it on foot in about 15 minutes via an adjacent footpath/cycle path directly on the Moselle or a forest hiking trail, which is also directly adjacent to the accommodation. In the old town there are numerous restaurants, bakeries, a small grocery store and other shops. In the Kues district you will also find an Edeka, Rewe, Aldi or Lidl.
