Spacious cottage on Lake Starnberg (400 m) in the south of Tutzing. Very quiet location in idyllic garden with pond and stream (therefore not suitable for children). Ground floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. In the vicinity: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train to mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Small kitchen with microwave, toaster, electric kettle and egg cooker with shared use of the second vacation room. Coffee machine in the room. Bed linens, towels, soap, hair dryer available. Bathing beach 5 minutes walk to the area, restaurants and beer garden. Many nearby getaways such as Osterseen, Ammersee, Dießen, Andechs Monastery, Booking Museum, etc.

Not suitable for small children! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Iffeldorf an den Ostersee is a beautiful village, popular and loved for its beautiful nature. Situated not far from Munich and you are quietly in the mountains. Whether car or train everything indirectly outside the front door. Your place is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sights. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was built in 2018. So everything's brand new, including your decor.
