Conveniently located: 30 minutes to Munich or Garmisch.

The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Bernried, einst als schönstes Dorf Bayerns ausgezeichnet, ist angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und ist deshalb der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um schnell die Berge zu erreichen oder einen Ausflug nach München zu unternehmen. Erleben Sie unvergessliche Urlaubstage am Wasser und in der Natur.

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Modern vacation apartment for 2 people in the ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. The 50 sqm apartment with separate entrance has a spacious kitchen-living room with south-facing views of the forest edge, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

This studio apartment on the 3rd floor offers a breathtaking view of Lake Starnberg. It features a double bed (180 x200), a 70s-style kitchen (with oil, vinegar, coffee, etc.), and a retro bathroom. Perfect for hiking and skiing trips. Seeshaupt train station (1.5 km) connects to Munich in 45 minutes. The pier for boat tours around Lake Starnberg is just a few steps away.
