From Bernried you can also quickly reach Munich and the mountains by public transport. Our apartment combines the old and the modern. Four generations have left their mark on this house and make this place special.

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Modern vacation apartment for 2 people in the ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. The 50 sqm apartment with separate entrance has a spacious kitchen-living room with south-facing views of the forest edge, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernried Nature Park and the lakeshore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. A private parking space is available on the property. For bicycles, there is storage space.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Spend a few relaxing days in our cozy vacation apartment on Lake Starnberg. The stylish 30 sqm apartment has a separate entrance, a cozy small double bed (140 cm wide), a dining area and a modern kitchen module as well as a spacious bathroom. On the south terrace in the garden you can drink your coffee undisturbed in the morning. In 5 minutes you can walk to the lake and the train station and in 10 minutes to the idyllic village with bakery/newspaper kiosk.

Kneissl vacation home on Lake Starnberg

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
