Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

For bicycles, there is storage space.

The separate area with its own entrance offers 18 m² of space for two people with everything you need, as well as a small terrace with garden. One parking space is right at the apartment. A garage (on request) for parking and loading bicycles or skis is included.

In 5 minutes you can walk to the lake and the train station and in 10 minutes to the idyllic village with bakery/newspaper kiosk.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Beautiful excursions to the mountains, to the lake and to Munich. Wonderful resort. The palace park and beach can be reached in just 10 minutes. Beer gardens and restaurants are easily accessible without a car.

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
