Holiday rentals with a patio in Berthenay

Logement neuf , conforme à la description et très agréable. Emplacement idéal pour qui vient au CHRU Trousseau ( 200m). Communication aisée et rapide avec Florence. Tout était parfait .

Elisa y Lucie han sido unas anfitrionas excelentes. Hemos estados alojados 3 meses en su apartamento y nos hemos sentido como en casa. El apartamento está bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. En coche son 8 minutos y hay una parada de bus a 1 minuto. Esto es importante porque es una zona residencial. La casa está bien equipada, tiene todos los elementos para pasar largas y cortas estancias. Destacamos la proactividad de Elisa y Lucie, por hacernos la estancia más amena y por estar pendiente de nosotros de forma regular. Por poner un ejemplo, tuvimos inconvenientes con el colchón y compraron uno nuevo. Además, cambiaron las sillas de la cocinas por unas más cómodas. Si tuviesemos que poner una pega, sería la lavadora, porque los ciclos son muy largos, aunque con una buena organizacion tampoco supone grandes inconvenientes. Sin embargo, en líneas generales, estamos muy contentos con la estancia y recomendamos alojare en este apartamento. Muchas gracias Elisa y Lucie!

Bel appartement situé à deux pas du centre-ville mais dans une rue au calme. Et proche du Zoo de Beauval. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end. Merci à l’hôte pour sa confiance et sa réactivité.

Logement très agréable et idéalement placé. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins pour nous et ont été de bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette super adresse et espérons pouvoir y revenir dans un futur pas trop lointain!

Beautiful and peaceful stay in the center of Tours. The space was clean, large and filled with all the amenities you could dream of after a long day out exploring. Extremely walkable and providing parking was an extra perk. Really enjoyed our time here after spending the day visiting chateaus.

Loft très agréable et propre, idéalement situé à deux pas du château, des restaurants et des commerces. Grand parking public gratuit à 5 minutes à pied. Cindy a été très réactive pour répondre à nos questions en preparation du sejour et jusqu'à notre arrivée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est top, la literie super nous avons très bien dormi. l'environnement est reposant. La maison est très bien équipée et spacieuse. La petite terrasse derrière avec la barbecue nickel, la piscine quel détente, c'était parfait en fin d'après-midi. Anne est une personne charmante , très réactive et son époux également. Nous reviendrons sûrement. N'hésitez pas a y aller.

Als tussenstop naar onze vakantie in Zuid-Frankrijk een lekker verblijf gehad. In de avond lekker gebruikt gemaakt van de BBQ. De volgende ochtend heerlijk gedoucht in de prachtige badkamer. Enig minpuntje vonden we de weg, maar ondanks dat hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Tout était parfait ! La maison est belle et très agréable à vivre pour un grand groupe, tout est bien équipé et fonctionnel. On a même pu profiter du grand jardin au calme et au soleil, un vrai plaisir !

What a terrific stay! We were a group of 4 who used the location as a home base to tour chateaus & wineries. It was perfect! It’s a quiet location just outside of a small village but close to lots of things. The space is clean & very well-equipped. The living room is conveniently in a separate building which allowed early-risers to have their own space to let others sleep in. The patio was our favorite place to go with our bottle of wine at the end of the evening. Isabelle & Jean-Louis were wonderful hosts. We loved the chance to connect with them while tasting their wonderful wines. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you Madeleine for a lovely stay at your charming and quaint cottage! The town of Amboise within 5-10 minute s drive. The Chateau Amboise is not to be missed . Amazing views. All your suggestions were wonderful. Within 20 minutes of many main chateaus. Had a magical time in the Loire Valley. Hot Air Balloon memories for a lifetime. Was very relaxing coming back to peace and quiet after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend!!!

Si vous voulez vous faire une idée sur la perfection, passez quelques jours chez Patrick et Isabelle. Tout est bien pensé et décoré avec goût et harmonie. Il ne manque rien. Les chambres son grandes, avec de grands lits. Chaque chambre dispose de sa douche et de son cabinet de toilette. Linge de lit et serviettes de qualité fournies. La cuisine parfaitement équipée. Parking gratuit. Cour parfaitement entretenue avec espace de détente pour passer des moments exquis. Hôtes discrets mais disponibles, capables de répondre à toutes les sollicitations avec soin et attention. Charmants, cultivés, ayant des qualités humaines indéniables. Si la chance m’offre la possibilité de retourner dans la région pour passer quelque jours chez Patrick et Isabelle, je le ferai sans hésiter, avec grand plaisir. Je recommande avec la plus grande confiance.

Excellent find in a great location. Beautiful small town with excellent Boucherie, boliangerie and épicerie and a market every Saturday morning. House was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Élodie was friendly and responsive in both French and English. Will visit again.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at 'La Maison Vigneronne', Linda helped us navigate to the house, which is within easy walking distance from the centre of Chinon. The house itself was clean and charming with everything we needed during our stay. The surrounding trees and vineyard are beautiful and we were greeted by the gentle clucking of the hens that live onsite. The views from the house across to the fort at Chenin and the Vienne river were gorgeous. Sitting outside and just looking at the view was a pleasure in and of itself. This beautiful house and location made this a true gem and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
