Our apartment (85 m²) is located in a wine-growing community in the district of Ludwigsburg, right on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, canoeing and swimming are possible in the village or the surrounding area. Close to three restaurants in the village, a wine tavern about 2 km away, and several wineries and cellars with the possibility of wine tasting in the immediate vicinity. Freeway connection about 4 km, train station about 5 km, bus stop about 5 min.

At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

You move into a bright apartment on the ground floor, which has just been completely renovated. The bedroom and living room has a smart TV with Netflix. Shops such as bakery and fresh produce market can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. By car, you can reach Stuttgart in about 20 minutes. Ludwigsburg is 15 minutes away. After Marbach am Neckar 5 minutes. The A81 Pleidelsheim motorway junction is about 20 minutes away.

Old Erligheim rectory - in the middle of the village center!

You will stay on the first floor in a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom with toilet. In the immediate vicinity is a great pizzeria with good food. Seasonally, two wine taverns are open. A bakery with cafe can be found about 250 meters away on the main road. Oh, and there is also a discount store with a bakery in the village as well as a gas station. Check-in/out by arrangement. We are in the house.

For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.
