Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus liegt ländlich in waldreicher Umgebung in Kallinchen und bietet den idealen Rückzugsort für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen Das Haus verfügt über eine private Sauna und einen Kaminofen. Nach einem Spaziergang durch die waldreiche Umgebung lädt der Kamin zum Aufwärmen und Entspannen ein. The vacation apartment is on the upper floor of our residential building on the outskirts of Bestensee. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower tub. A large balcony is also available. Parking is available on the premises. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket (300 m), restaurants and a bowling alley. Bestensee is located between Berlin and Spreewald and has several swimming lakes and cycling trails.

Die Bootstouren starten direkt am Grundstück. Auf Wunsch stehen zwei Fahrräder bereit.
