Monthly Rentals in Bethany Beach

My family and I had an amazing time at the Coastal Cottage! Between the awesome sound system and the heated pool, we almost didn’t want to leave the house to check out the local bars and restaurants! Steve is an incredible host. Super friendly and made the whole check in and check out process very easy. The only thing I wish were different is that we booked a couple more days! I highly recommend this place and know for certain that we will be looking at the available dates for our future trips back to Bethany Beach!

The house was beautiful inside and out and very clean. Katya was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is really big inside and there is plenty to do both inside the house and close by. Beaches are close and beautiful. Katya provided beach chairs and a cart to put all of your things in for the beach, it made going to the beach so easy. There is a very nice enclosed back porch to relax in and enjoy in the evening. She provides everything you could need and I would recommend her home to everyone who ask. She also provided a binder with emergency numbers, restaurants, house rules, etc. which I appreciated. Great location, easy to get around. I was extremely happy with my stay and hope to stay again in the future.

5 Star accommodations, like new! The kitchen had all of the tools, gadgets, pots, pans to help feel at home. We stayed off season (last week of April). We were the only people in the building. Note: for off season guests, the pool isn't open yet. The beaches, trails, and restaurants all nearby made it easy to explore and then return to relax in comfort. We sat on the deck, hung out by the pond with comfy chairs and enjoyed the sunsets. Our 1 1/2 year old Weim dog settled in nicely. We were grateful for water and food bowls provided. If you're staying with kiddos or friends, there is a hidden gem- lots of games tucked away in the coffee table. What a nice touch! All of the instructions for the home were simple, easy to follow. Note: This condo is on the 2nd floor. Easy for us, but may be difficult for some.

Beautiful house. We only stayed one night for wedding, but it would be perfect place for a family beach vacation!
