The bungalow is located behind the main house. Pool, waterfall sounds, plants, flowers, koi fish, birds chirping and more. Pool can be heated by request -for a $100 fee per day. Pet fee is $100 /stay. Overnight Tesla Charging upon request for $50/night. Must be requested one day in advance. Plenty of street parking due to permit parking only. Lost parking permit fee $200. The bungalow has a fridge, microwave, dishes, iron and ironing board, Nespresso machine+coffee maker, Sonos sound.
