Living room downstairs with a sleeper sofa. fully equipped kitchen and a great shower. Lovely private yard with patio furniture. Completely private entrance through the yard. Ample parking right on the street with minimal restrictions (street cleaning only). Professionally managed with access to host & property manager. Happy to help in every way. The guesthouse is in a high-end, quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of LA's Westside. Extremely safe and with ample street parking, it's in walking distance to malls, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking right on the street. Minimal restrictions (street cleaning once a week per side of road). Lots of bus lines within 5-10 minutes walking that can get you to anywhere in LA. About 20 minutes walk to the metro station (light rail to the beach & to downtown). Lots of Ubers within 5 minutes around the clock. This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

About 3 mins drive up to the hills from the Sunset Plaza. Nice modern looking vintage house. Not the brand new condition. Invisible from outside by trees surrounding the house. City view from the second floor. Salted swimming pool can be heated at 83F degree. (Need to let us know before arriving) Whole house water is filtered with 3M System. About 2,200 sq house out of 6,000 sq land. Must take off the shoes inside the house. No parties, gatherings or pets allowed.. Thank you.

Cozy [ 400 sq.' ] bright second floor suite with views. Lots of trees and greenery in a historic residential neighborhood that's nice for walking. Close to the freeway, 1/2 a mile, and the metro, 9/10ths of a mile. Great access to USC and the museums at Exposition Park [ 3 miles ] This is a completely self contained suite , separate from the main house with it's own entrance , pretty much your own apartment. The guesthouse is a free-standing building located in the back of the main house where I live, it has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom, a living/work room, a fully equipped kitchenette (minus a dishwasher), Wifi, Cable TV, Apple TV, printer, washer/dryer, and an iron/ironing board. The location is within a short distance of great offices, restaurants, and shops. It is definitely a perfect place to stay for business travelers!
