The host was super friendly and the location is great. So many things to do and go to around that area.

All as described, Mark explains and anticipates all the communication, the place is really cool. I would definitely repeat if I can!!

Thank you so much for the stay! The place is very quiet, it's clean, tidy, the host is super friendly, we needed some things and he provided them. In addition to that, the area was very close to the places we needed, SoFi Stadium. My children had a Kendrick Lamar concert there and we were able to drop them off and pick them up without any problems. We went to Kenneth Hahn State to have a panoramic view of LA, we went to Lacma and I loved arriving and there was a Jazz concert, many malls nearby, many international food restaurants and finally we went to Randy's Donuts and they were delicious.

I do believe I've found my spot when I make my trips to Pasadena! Such a beautiful historic Inn nestled in the hillside with amazing views, charming decor and spacious rooms! The bathroom was gigantic and spotless, with whirlpool jets I could not deny! The entire room was so cute and clean, I felt very comfortable! Janice is the best, and always there to answer any q's.

I had a wonderful stay at the Avalon. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated the personal touch of some fruits when I arrived. The property has a beautiful midcentury modern design and was exactly what I was looking for on a short work trip. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the large living area's TV with streaming service( Hulu, Netflix.) I ordered room service and the food was delicious. Would recommend and will be back again!

Great hotel.

Very safe neighborhood. Proud ownership keeps the place clean and feeling nice. The free breakfast consisted of toast, jelly, hard boiled eggs, milk, cereal and a few other little bits and bobs.

Hotel was very nice--met all expectations. I believe the airbnb price was much better than the hotel price. You have to pay an amenities fee at the hotel which is not covered by the airbnb price. However, you can ride bicycles to the beach along the bike path or take a beach towel with you and sunbathe on the beach. It was a very nice activity on the Santa Monica pier.

Felt right at home, would book again!

It was beautiful. We had a wonderful view. We had plenty of access to everything if we wanted to walk or if we wanted to cruise. Fun amenities at the hotel, close to the beach. Very worth it. My partner and I will be staying here again.

Aside from the hotels great history behind it and its coffin shaped pool, this site had friendly staff hands down from check-in to check-out! Our room was upgraded to a suite which was decent and clean with neat decor so that was a plus and little to no noise during the night especially where it’s located downtown. Plenty of good places to eat nearby and other places to visit, parking wasn’t that bad as well. I’d give this place another shot next time I’m in the area. Thank you Hotel Figueroa for the warm hospitality!

Andy's place was just as described. Access to laundry was especially appreciated. Clean, well-located, and ideal for our group.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment on the beach. The view is just as pictured -- looking directly out over the water. We stayed here for the last few days of our trip and after being in LA (and the terrible traffic) it was so nice to come out to Redondo Beach. The hosts were very responsive and the instructions to get into the apartment were clear. The property manager even helped us when we had trouble with the lockbox. The included parking spot in the garage of the complex was SO GREAT after being in LA and hunting for parking the entire week. Beach access is super easy -- just walk out and down the stairs and you're there! We couldn't have asked for a better spot. When we were asking each other about our trip highlights, both of us said our time in Redondo Beach was our favorite over anything we did in LA. If we find ourselves in South Bay again, we'll stay here. FYI, fellow Texans, don't panic -- you don't need AC. The beach breeze is cool all day and night!

Art’s stay was amazing. The room was clean and extremely neat. Area was safe and parking was easy and right in front of the room. Will definitely be staying here again.
