Our farm is located right on the edge of the forest, near the spa town of Bad Pyrmont with a view of an unspoiled natural landscape. The apartment for fitters and holiday guests with 3 floors and 4 bedrooms has been newly furnished. Separate entrance on the first floor with hallway, wardrobe and laundry room with washer-dryer. On the 2nd floor are the 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. On the 3rd floor, there is a large kitchen with adjoining living area and covered balcony. Wi-Fi and parking are available.

Unser Haus Gruna ist umfassend ausgestattet: Ess-Koch-Bereich mit E-Herd, Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Terrasse mit 5-Flammen-Gasgrill, Drehspieß, 2er Kühlschrank und separatem Schwenkgrill für Kohle oder Holz. Drei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, ausziehbare Einzelbetten), zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Badewanne). Zwei Wohnzimmer mit Sofas und Sitzgelegenheiten, Saunabereich mit Liegestühlen. Homeoffice mit Arbeitsplatz und W-LAN.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
