Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bezirgan

We had a group of 7 and this house was perfect. The pool was amazing, the private dock was excellent. There are 2 beach clubs for beach dining and 2 restaurants right next door and we enjoyed visiting them daily. There is an excellent and inexpensive bus to get in to town that comes daily just up the hill. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to come back and see all of our new friends. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa, lots of room inside & a wonderful outside space and pool where we hung out a lot as a family of 9. The town is a little further than we anticipated and hilly so we were glad that we hired cars but we all had a wonderful time and we enjoyed the town and harbour. Mehmet and his family were really responsive to our needs 😊

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

A lovely villa in an excellent location. Easy to get into the harbour and old town plus a few places within a few minutes including two supermarkets. We were a group of eight and plenty of space. AC worked well too. Arif was very helpful, recommend the boat trip onboard Serenity (booked by Arif), the onboard lunch was fabulous, best day we had.

It was the perfect vacation home that we were looking for. Escaped from our lives for a week at a peaceful place at the peninsula, had everything we needed without any issues. Thanks to Hilary & Ramazan for running this perfect place and hosting us!

Beautiful Villa in Kalkan had a great holiday. Facilities in the villa were great and had everything we needed. There is a couple of little shops and a restaurants within walking distance, however I would strongly recommend a hire car for the villa as the main town would be a long walk. We visited all the restaurants recommended by Yusuf and were all excellent. We also visited the Sunken city in Kekova on a kayak tour and Saklikent gorge which were both amazing trips. Highly recommend this villa! We didn’t want to leave. Thanks for a great trip!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful view of the harbour and right next to the old town, we wanted to stay more than one night! Lots of restaurants around all in walking distance.

The house is exactly as described, really nice place with all the amenities you could need & in a lovely area. Quiet, peaceful & a short drive away from everywhere! We spent a week in Kas in the accommodation offered by Baris. The environment is pleasant and the view is incredible. The accommodation is comfortable and Baris is always attentive. I'll definitely be back and can't recommend it enough. Thank you very much for all !

Arife and Oliver were great hosts, gave us great recommendations and were very helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable week here. Lots of shops and restaurants in Kayakoy which was easy to reach on foot. Beaches and Fethiye just a short drive away.

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they greeted us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I encountered by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

Our stay at Soral Villas was fantastic. The villa was comfortable, spacious, and convenient. Located on the peninsula, the villa was peaceful and quiet, but an easy couple minute drive into Kaş. Yusuf was a wonderful host - communicative and helpful. We highly recommend checking out his cocktail bar in Kaş city center! We would absolutely stay again if given the chance.

The view and sunsets from the villa's terrace are breathtaking. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated 11 members of our family. Everything was as described, but a few small details could use some attention from the owner. Once again, this villa fully met our expectations, and we can recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

One if the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Baris was really friendly, but not intrusive, with excellent english. The house and pool were spotless, and we loved the "gazebo" on the top floor.

Our family had an amazing stay from start to finish! Ahmet and Marie great - responsive and super helpful throughout the stay. The home has STUNNING views over Kas, it is large, clean and very comfortable - and we also appreciated the fresh food supplies waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. It was well-equipped for cooking at home. Parking was easy and the hill, though daunting, was very easy to work around with some parking part way down the hill or with a quick taxi ride back up after walking down. We would highly recommend the place to stay to anyone coming to Kas!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners, Muammer and his brother, were very friendly and helpful without being “nosy”. They speak sophisticated English and we felt welcome as if we were at home. Whenever we had a question or requested the owners reacted directly and helpful. We could park our car right behind the house and could walk to the many nice shops and restaurants within minutes. The harbour from where the fishing boats and touring boats leave is like the beach just 4 minutes by foot. We also spent some time with our kids at the beautiful private swimming pool where we could grill the local fish on the spacious terrace. The house is in a quiet area and the rooms and beds are comfortable. Thank you very much for the wonderful week in your beautiful house in Kalkan.

Villa number ten garden is very large, you can pull your car up to the front of the villa door, choose it for a nice experience in a quiet location to relax, thanks to the villa owner

We had an incredibly pleasant stay, my wife, my little daughter, and I. The villa is simply perfect, extremely clean, even better than in the photos. The place is peaceful and quiet, and if you don’t have a car, don’t worry. A 15-minute walk (near the old village of Kayaköy) will take you to several markets where you can get everything you need. We didn’t meet Nurdan in person, but she was very helpful with her advice and excellent communication. She even arranged transport for us with a very kind gentleman at a great price. The cherry on top was Nurdan’s parents. Upon our arrival, they brought us fresh eggs and fruits, making us feel like we were at our grandparents' house, especially Mr. Hamit, who is such a kind man. This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, and I will definitely be coming back.
