We have just got home and want to go back already. Efe is amazing! He’s really responsive and super helpful. The villa was beautiful. Great location. It was clean. A little musty smell downstairs but it was really early in the season and I assumed it was from maybe being closed up for a while. Efe got someone out immediately when we accidentally broke the door handle. Beds were huge. Super comfy. We would defo defo return.

I can say that it is the best place to stay with my friends. I would highly recommend this place for those who love extremely peaceful nature and the sea, everything was complete and seamless as shown in the photos. The host Mr. Serkan was friendly and helpful and always helped without hesitation, we were very pleased:) It seems like it will be my stopover point every year now. Thank you very ✌🏼 much:)

Mr. Erkan is a very kind, very understanding and very caring host There is no word to describe the cleanliness of the house, it is perfect in one word Everything you can think of at home has been thought of, we thought what is not in the house, only a shoehorn is missing, imagine such a house 😀 When we woke up in the morning, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants and peppers collected from the garden were in front of our door, which made us very happy. All the items in the house work perfectly We would like to come back if we have time.

A Hidden Gem in the Mountains – Peaceful, Beautiful, and Unforgettable This place is truly a hidden gem. Nestled in the mountains, it's the perfect escape for anyone looking to disconnect and unwind in nature. The atmosphere is peaceful and so beautiful that we found ourselves wishing we could stay even longer. The house has everything you need – comfortable beds, a uniquely designed modern minimalist interior, and a sparkling clean pool that’s maintained every morning. The landscaping is gorgeous, with lush greenery, colorful flowers, and fruit trees all around. We were even treated to fresh fruits generously shared by the wonderful people who manage the property. Staying here felt like being in the heart of nature. Pet dogs came to say hello, and we had daily visits from a parrot, chickens, and even turtles – a delight for our kids (ages 5 and 9), who absolutely loved every moment. Surrounded by pine trees, the air was fresh and rejuvenating. We will come back

Villa Nilla was absolutely amazing. Very spacious and tastefully decorated with beautiful views and gorgeous swimming pool. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with everything you could think of. Our host Mehemet couldn’t do enough for us. He collected us from airport and brought us back for our return flight. On arrival to the Villa we found he had stocked the fridge with all the essentials and sweet treats. We have been doing air BnB for several years now and Mehemet is by far the best host we have ever had. He went above and beyond. We highly recommend Villa Nilla for your stay in Kalkan. We will definitely be going back some day.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Mirabella. Veli is a friendly and attentive host who we met in person at check in. Veli kept in touch and efficiently sorted the only two issues we had - a leaky shower and loss of internet were both sorted within 24hrs of us reporting the issues. Veli delivered some fresh fruit and vegetables as a gift, and the gesture was extremely kind. We loved how peaceful the Villa was and how we had so much space to swim, play fussball, table tennis, eat and drink outside - and obviously sunbathe. We didn’t use the sauna but did try out the jacuzzi bath on one night - it was nice but takes a long time to fill! Veli suggested places to visit and you need a hire car as we had to get around as the Villa is in a remote setting. There is a small supermarket nearby but it’s too far to walk to in the Turkish heat unless you are super fit and want the challenge - we drove there and back when we needed some bits! We loved it.

We had a fantastic stay at Samira Villa 1. We felt right at home and were warmly welcomed by the host and staff at the Samira Resort. The villa is in pristine condition and is as shown and described. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay - 2 families, with kids aged 5 - 15. At home, the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, and the views are lovely across to the sea. The Kalamar beach club was great, just 10 minutes walk downhill from the house and they give you a ride back up the hill at the end of the day. The food isn't cheap but staff really helpful and the sea trampoline was so much fun. Kulube is a really beautiful spot too - less set up for kids but they were very happy snorkelling and swimming. Our trip to the sandy beach was also stunning and hardly anyone there in early June. A couple of things to be prepared for: the pool is very deep, and you have to watch over kids in the hot tub at all times (as per the house rules). Our daughter slipped under and got her hair caught in the filter - we quickly got her out but I say this to emphasise the need to keep watch! Max is a very good host and the local staff who maintain the villas were great. We got fresh bread delivered every morning.

An absolutely beautiful villa, just as the pictures show, the view is so fantastic and it feels very private. Very well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor BBQ area with running water to this. Walkable to a couple of restaurants but requires the shuttle/car/taxi to get to Kaş. A perfect stay all around!

The villa is even better than the photos.. Great location and amazing scenery. Due to villa's location on the hill, the house benefits from the breeze and is definitely cooller than central Kas and Kalkan. The staff communivated well and was very responsive for every query and need. We enjoyed our stay very much and I highly recommend this villa for everyone.

Very good villa, which corresponds to the pictures. In any case, you have privacy and everything is clean and tidy. Some criticisms for us would be that the pool was not heated and on some days was a bit too cold at the end of May. The path to the villa leads over a gravel path, which could be upgraded. But otherwise, if you have rented a car, really a very nice villa and a nice landlord with Arif. Gladly again.

Always a pleasure staying at a property with Ozlem. Stayed at this particular property in 2021 and this is my second time. She is a great host, she is responsive and reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend 👍🏼

Beautiful villa on the lovely Kaş peninsula. We lived there for a week and had a wonderful time. Dom was very helpful and responsive when we needed something and the villa maintenance guy Omer was also very friendly. The villa had everything you may need during your stay - microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of cutlery. We greatly enjoyed the pool and the darts there. The only downside for us was that the villa had 3 bedrooms upstairs with pleasant views and 1 bedroom downstairs that is available from the different entrance and as we were a company of 6 people willing to use all the 4 bedrooms it was hard to decide who would stay in that last bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you, Dom and Omer, for making our vacation so nice!

Cüneyt’s home is likely one of the best kept secrets of Turkïye! The home is spacious and well equipped and the pool and private access to the sea are incredible. For a big group of people, everyone is able to have their own space but there are also spaces big enough to gather. The home is only a short drive to town where there are lovely restaurants and more public beaches. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

in a very decent place, a peaceful environment in touch with nature. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she helped us in everything, and even did not refuse our request for a filter coffee machine, she took care of it immediately. The welcome of the parents at the entrance and the treats they gave us were very kind. We were very pleased, our address is clear for our next visit.

Better than advertised…couldn’t have asked for a better experience

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. It is a very beautiful region for those who love to be in touch with nature and seek calmness. There are a few grocery stores nearby that can meet your needs. The most important part was that it was a sheltered, closed area because we stayed with our dog, and in this sense, it completely met our expectations. Mr. Tayfun was always available, the pool and garden were cleaned regularly. The available amenities and photos were exactly the same. Thank you for this pleasant stay🌸

We couldn't fault this villa - it's great. Modern and clean and comfortable with lovely views and we had everything we needed. It's a residential area with stunning views over the houses in front out to sea. The location wasn't accurate so we weren't quite where we thought we were going to be but I can see the location has now been corrected. The villa is a 7-10 minute walk to Kalamar Beach Club (downhill there/free shuttle back up). Carrefour supermarket is about 15 minutes uphill. Old Town/Harbour is a 7 minutes taxi ride. Taxis are the way to go and super easy to organise - Baris leaves the taxi number in the villa. From the Old Town you can get boats to other Beach Clubs. There aren't many restaurants in this area, that we found anyway, but it didn't bother us as the Old Town and Harbour is great in the evenings for shopping, drinks and food. We can highly recommend this villa and Kalkan in general - we were a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys and all loved it.

A one-to-one place for those who want privacy, calm and quiet in the forest. All the items you need are available in the house. It is within driving distance to historical places and the beach. The host, Mr. Ramazan, was caring and friendly. We had a nice vacation. & Thank you for everything

This villa in Kalkan was absolutely amazing! The view was breathtaking; it had a quiet, calm and peaceful atmosphere. The house was extremely modern and tastefully furnished, especially the lighting was very stylish. The cleaning was perfect, everything was clean and tidy. The host was incredibly polite and sincere, helped us with everything and welcomed us very well. We had a truly unforgettable holiday experience. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind! I would also like to thank Mr. Gökhan for hosting.
