Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Luxury sea front Villa with prestigious location

Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is one of the area’s finest properties and lies directly on the sea front, with large outdoor areas. The position guarantees magnificent sea views, there is a large private pool with infinity taking full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi at the upper terrace behind the Villa with magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea, sometimes there are local fishermen there as well.

The property is newly renovated and provides comfort and convenience for a relaxed and memorable holiday on Türkiye's turquoise coast. This charming townhouse is only steps from Kalkan's public beach, restaurants, and shops. Water taxis close by will take you to the beach clubs dotting Kalkan’s coast. Hayam Evi’s rooftop balcony is a perfect place to start and end your day, gazing at the magnificent the sea view.

Our house has one bedroom and a unique view with a sea view from the front and closed on 2 sides. There is an infinity pool with a view of the Greek islands and Meis. Our villa has kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, etc. We have electrical appliances In our villa, you can enjoy a sea view integrated with the jacuzzi, and you can enjoy the warmth of the plasma (electric fireplace) even in cold weather. You can reach the garden by the bridge over the pool.

Its prime location offers seafront tranquility whilst being just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas town. The sea platforms are just 80 meters from the house, accessed via a shady stairway.

A modern structure within olive trees. When you wake up, there is a great view of the sea where you can see the deep blue view. Don't miss out on this moment, too. 1.5 km to the sea. The last 100 meters of the road to the villa consists of a 20% incline. There is no heating in our pool for the winter season. FYI

Our villa, which is only 10 minutes away by walking to the city center and the public beach and was opened in 2024, is waiting for you, our esteemed guests with its unique features for the region such as billiards, sauna, heated indoor pool (heating is subject to an additional charge).
