This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Noble is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, with no buildings around it, with a view of the Kabak Bay, which resembles a hidden paradise where the forest meets the turquoise sea. This stone house, which has a 3,000 m2 botanical garden, is unique in Faralya. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located place. A villa with sea view and a jacuzzi. Our villa is a duplex and has 3 bathrooms and sinks in total. There is also a shared WC and sink on the ground floor. Note: One of the rooms is located on the basement floor. There is no bathroom in the same room, but there is a bathroom and a sink next to the room.

In our private beach villa, you will feel truly special. You will experience the villa you do not have. There is no large pool at the villa; there is only a small 2x3 decorative pool on the front terrace. The villa has hot water for showering. Since the villa is located 20 meters from the sea, there is no need for a large pool.
