Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

Stayed for 4 nights in the middle of April before moving on to Salzburg. The cabin is fantastic, exactly as described - very clean and cosy. The shower was fantastic. Location was slightly quiet at the time we went, with most shops and restaurants closed but that was to be expected as it was out of ski season and we went for the hiking. Overall, very good stay!

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will gladly come back. We stayed at the chalet for a few days. We enjoyed the time there. The place was very clean and you could relax nicely on the sofa or on the terrace after a busy day of hiking. From the chalet you can start some hikes. Otherwise, other places can also be reached quickly by car. There was even a bread roll service. You could let us know in the evening which rolls you want and in the morning they were outside the door.

The place was very nice and cozy. We enjoyed our stay here. Walter and his wife were very helpful and welcoming. They provided all required things and were very cooperative. The place was easily accessible and restaurants, cafes, supermarkets were on walking distance. The view from balcony was very nice. House, beds, kitchen everything was very clean and tidy. The place was quite close to all attractions and surrounding was also very quite. Thanks to Walter for a lovely easter gifts for our kids :). We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come here again.
