Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

Our property is in a quiet, central location to the Auerbach center, train station and all transport connections. Our spacious, bright three-room apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa with stylish furniture, high stuccoed ceilings, wooden floors, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, large beds, well-equipped kitchen, as well as covered balcony with unobstructed views of Auerbach Castle and the Odenwald - Ideal for couples, families, long-term guests, corporate customers.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.
