Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Our farm is very centrally located and yet away from any hustle and bustle of everyday life. In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the panoramic railway in Hollersbach in the ski or hiking area of Kitzbühel and also in 2 minutes by car. You will come to the Bramberg Smaragdbahn, which takes you to the Wildkogel ski or hiking arena. You can start your bike rides directly at our house, as we are right on the bike path. Doesn't that sound like the ideal base for an active family vacation in the summer or winter?

Our house is located directly on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Cycle path and the cross-country ski trail are right on the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel can be reached in 5 minutes. The studio is located in the lower part of the house with separate entrance and directly connected carport. Your skis or bikes will also fit there. We have furnished our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.
