Forest idyll - Schmierberhäusl

Our house is located directly on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. The bike path and the cross-country ski trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is within 5 minutes' reach. The studio is located in the lower part of the house with a separate entrance and directly connected carport. Your skis or bicycles also fit in there. We have furnished our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent the periods in between.

The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
