Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

The apartment is close to Nierstein train station. The Rhine promenade and the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. Kommen, wandern, wohlfühlen und ausspannen, Kraft tanken, Ruhe finden und sich aufgehoben fühlen in unserer Erdgeschosswohnung, die wir achtsam saniert haben. Wir haben den Hof vor 12 Jahren gekauft und bauen, gärtnern und leben hier seitdem sehr glücklich trotz all der Aufgaben die immer noch warten. Inzwischen lebt auch die Familie unserer Tochter Nele auf dem Hof. Nele ist auch immer ansprechbar. Ihr findet uns am Ortsrand von Wald-Erlenbach.
