Enjoy peaceful days in this quiet and centrally located home. This animal-free non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building and is accessible by elevator. It scores points through its west-facing balcony with views of horses and cows grazing on meadows and fields. With a double bed, reading corner, TV, kitchenette, dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as wardrobe, it also offers space for a 2nd person. Laundry room as a bicycle cellar are also available.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

I'd love to be home

We are in the outskirts of a small hamlet in the district of Ostallgäu on the border with Upper Bavaria very easy to reach via the B472. Plenty of space around the house a small paradise for children with playhouse, climbing trees, trampoline, swings and many play equipment. A large wooden terrace furnished with pallet furniture invites you to chill, grill and enjoy the sunset. In short, the right place for a little break from stressful everyday life to recharge your batteries.

Vacation apartment in beautiful Allgäu

The vacation rental is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and is fully equipped! It is suitable for 2+2 people( in the bedroom is a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed - an air bed-optional sofa bed)! Price will cost every extra person for 2 people 25Euro,baby bed+chair + 15€! In addition, there is unfortunately a tourist tax of €1.20/day per person, which has to be paid in cash on site! The garden(barbecue) can also be used!

The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
