Indipendent apartment with a private garden, right in the heart of the wine village of Šenkvice. Located in a quiet location, it is facing the courtyard of the family house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom. Parking is available on site. Close proximity to the train station (5 min walk) with excellent connections to nearby towns (Bratislava, Trnava, Pezinok). Good local wines offer on site.

This sunlit apartment provides a peaceful and aesthetic stay within a short distance from Trnava city. With taxi, it is only 8 minutes to get to the city center and approximately 5€. You can rest and read a book on the balcony with a view on greenery, have a walk to the nearby nature, or cook a comfort food in the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a coffee machine with high-grade coffee for your best experience. There is one bed and one expandable sofa for two persons.

Večer vám spríjemní veľká TV so satelitným príjmom a vysokorýchlostný internet. V obývacej izbe je pohovka a rozkladacie kreslo s komodou, v spálni sú dve samostatné postele, žehliaca doska so žehličkou a vešiak. A tiež samostatné WC.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Ponúkame novo zrekonštruovaný rodinný dom s novým nábytkom, plným vybavením, priestranným dvorom a parkovacími miestami. Dom má samostatný prístup z Pútnickej ulice. Je vhodný pre 1 až 4 osoby. Nájdete v ňom spálňu s dvojlôžkovou a jednolôžkovou posteľou. Pre oddych je k dispozícií altánok s posedením pri grile. Ubytovanie sa nachádza v centre Modranky, ktorá má skvelý prístup do centra Trnavy či napojenie na diaľnice D1/R1.

Ráčte vstúpiť do sveta jednoduchosti, praktickosti a žiarivej čistoty. Prvý dojem z tohto bytu je, ako keď ste boli dieťa a práve ste vytiahli svoju novú hračku z obalu. Po 5 rokoch prešiel byt čerstvou technickou aj hygienickou revíziou. Čo bolo treba opraviť, je opravené, čo bolo treba vyčistiť, je čisté a čo sa vyhodilo, sa nahradilo novým. Tento priezračne čistý a krásny apartmán čaká len na vás.

2-izbový byt s loggiou v blízkosti centra (15 min peši), kompletne zariadený, v blízkosti tenisové kurty, volejbalové a športové ihrisko, pumptrek, plaváreň, lesopark, reštaurácia, pivárne, na vyžiadanie je možné si požičať bicykel. Parkovanie je pred bytovým domom spoplatnené, v priľahlých uličkách zdarma.
