Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Big Bear Lake

We enjoyed our stay very much! I would note that if you get a ground floor unit the lighting comes through pretty brightly on the building we stayed in. Other than that it was lovely and staff was very attentive. Lots of space and can’t beat the location and amenities.

Tawnya was quick to respond regarding reservation even though it was so last minute. Everything was as described. I would definitely stay again.

Check in and check out was very easy. The place was clean and big enough for the party size stated. Great location where many things are accessible with a 5-10 min car ride.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

It was a perfect stay. My favorite part was that we were able to stay there w our fur babies, the place was fenced so I was able to allow them to run around in the back while I relaxed inside the apartment. Place heated up pretty quickly & I was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again once I have the chance :)

This cabin was absolutely amazing. It's very cozy inside, and the fireplace is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location literally cannot be beat—walking distance to Snow Summit and super close to downtown. The host, Kiro, was great and even let us bring a pet. He was very responsive and helped with all of our needs. Trust me when I say: book this place—you won’t regret it!!

Great location! Close to everything and very clean. Check in was very smooth and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here even though it was just for one night. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it.

Was very happy with the location and quality of the Airbnb. If you are doing anything at Snow Summit the 5 min walk to the base of the mountain is worth the price of the rental itself. Had no issues with the lodging which made it all the easier to get out and enjoy big bear!

We loved our stay at Marilyn’s home. It was clean and well stocked. Marilyn was quick to respond with any questions. My favorite thing about Marilyn’s home was the bright kitchen and large outdoor space. We enjoyed the BBQ, hot tub, and seating area around the gas fireplace on chilly mornings and evenings. My grandchildren were thrilled with all the games. They played board games, ping pong, foosball, and cornhole. My giant schnauzer was happy running and playing in the nice enclosed yard. It was a wonderful family getaway and for our next trip to Big Bear we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful house. I'm always about looking at reviews and searching for people talking about comfortable beds. People rarely comment about this. So here I go... This air bnb has them. 😴This particular weekend I just wanted to get away and rest and reset. I had a difficult work week. We didn't leave the house/ neighborhood. The master bedroom had a portable AC. It was perfect, and it was so relaxing. The views were beautiful. The neighborhood was quite and great for walks. the neighbors were so friendly. ❤️

This is the third time we have stayed at Claudia's cabin in Fawnskin. As always, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is fully equipped and comfortable. The backyard is large and perfect for our dog to play in without concern for damage. The primary bedroom has the best views! What a treat, as always.

We come to Big Bear every year and this was my favorite place we've stayed so far. Great location, near the Zoo and Dank Donuts. Trash drop off was only 2 min away. We enjoyed the back yard the most as it was fully fenced for the dogs and the kids loved the hot tub and fire pit for smores! Plenty of space and kitchen had everything we needed. Amazing shower as well! Lastly, Ryan was extremely responsive for any questions we did have and called me within minutes of messaging him. Just amazing!

Absolutely Fantastic Getaway! I can’t say enough good things about this place—it was the perfect escape! Everything inside was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host, Emilia, was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. She’s truly a great host. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Big Bear. Highly recommend!

Really lovely place to stay - we will definitely keep Stephanie's home in mind for future visits. The games and books available for kids spanned a good age range; our 7-year-old loved the bunk beds. We didn't need it, but we noticed a pack & play in the closet for little ones, and thoughtful childproofing like a gate to put in front of the wood stove if you use it. The kitchen was well-equipped with serviceable appliances, and we also used the grill. The beds were all very comfortable. Stephanie was very responsive to any questions we had, and there were helpful instructions posted around the house. We (family of 3) were there for a weekend visit with my parents, and there was enough space for the five of us to not feel like we were all on top of each other. And, despite being in a neighborhood that is more closely-spaced, it was very quiet!

We stayed here to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary and really enjoyed our time in Big Bear. The location was peaceful and private, with beautiful views of the lake. We were initially a little worried about being too far from the village, but it ended up being no more than a 15-minute drive—easy and convenient. We would choose this location again without hesitation. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated having plenty of room to relax. The beds were decent, and the overall setup made it easy to unwind. The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck, taking in the view and the quiet surroundings. Highly recommend for a scenic and relaxing getaway.

Had a wonderful time at Leanne’s place this past Memorial Day weekend. Just as described, clean and very nice making sure we were enjoying our trip.

We appreciated that it was a place that allowed pets & did not smell like pets! Location was great & clean.

Beautiful location right around the corner from Snow Summit bike park. This will be my go to when I go back to Big Bear.

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

At first I was hesitant about the price but once I got to the airbnb it all made sense. The ski slopes are right outside the door and the place is very spacious and cozy. I stayed with three other guests and we never felt crowded or anything during our stay. The hosts also respond as soon as possible and accommodate to what you need during your stay. Also the hot tub is a community one, but it’s literally only 5 steps away from the garage door :) The only not so amazing things are driving to a clean dump area to throw away all your trash after your stay and it’s a bit tricky first entering the gate when you’re checking in. Besides that the stay was awesome.

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!
