I offer it for rent for a few periods, thanks to my amazing co-host Tetyana, who will take care of welcoming you. My house (historic and family-owned!) in Ste-Marine: Ty Plouz, nicknamed “Le Paradis” by friends, right on the waterfront with a magnificent sea view and direct access to the estuary. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided by default, but if you send Tetyana a message, she can take care of it (price: €25 for the queen-size bed, €15 for the small bed, including a bath towel).

Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte. A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte. 5-person cottage with pool 10 minutes from the beaches

Nice cottage for 5 people in a hamlet of 5 houses, all comforts, close to the beaches, the historic center of Quimper, the GR34 and the greenway, all in the heart of a wooded park of more than one hectare. Come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the generously sized heated pool (12x6) from mid-June to mid-September and barbecues with friends and/or family. Guests can enjoy the petanque court, ping pong table, badminton and swing (children up to 10 years old).

This exceptional architect's house was created by Erwan Le Berre. The view is more than 180° of the sea: East, South and West. The indoor pool is air-conditioned and pleasant. The living rooms are on 2 floors: 1 large living and dining area with large windows overlooking the sea and a mezzanine for television. For 6 people, it consists of 4 bedrooms: 2 large and 2 small. A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, found in a state of ruin and restored with eco-responsible materials, overlooks the Goyen Valley. Direct access to hiking trails along the coastal river allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!

Closer to the sea? Impossible! In good weather or during a storm, few lodgings in Brittany offer such proximity to the sea and the open sea. The Department of Finistère was not mistaken: it classified this place as a Protected Natural Area. This house, divided into two cottages, belonged to my great-grandparents: my great-grandfather, Le Youtar by his nickname, had started fishing at a time when you could only sail...

Ar Bod, mini house close to the ocean

Small house lovingly renovated. It was before a boat garage, sheltered from the winter storms. Hence its name Ar Bod or the Breton shelter. It now hosts friends, artists, and transient travelers.
