Fully equipped and fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment of about 50 m2 max capacity: 4 adults equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, Senseo machine, shower room with towel dryer. sleeping: bedroom, double bed 140 cm. Living room extra bed (140 cm sofa bed) for 2 adults little extra on request, locked cellar, ideal for storing your bikes during your stay.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

We provide a very bright studio with bedroom, office, private bathroom and dining area. Access to the accommodation is completely independent. Street parking is available free of charge. The dining area consists of a fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes (plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery, tea and coffee). So you can reheat dishes, prepare breakfast but not cook. I provide linens and towels.
