The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! As soon as we arrived, the charm took effect. This house, thrown there, facing the vastness of the sea, is one of those places that imposes itself by its obviousness. It doesn't tell stories; it allows you to live them, offering a framework where time slows down and where you reconnect with the essential. Very good apartment! Pleasant, consistent with the photos. Easy to access and close to the sea, the location is ideal if you want to enjoy a car-free stay. Easy communication with Laetitia and flexible schedules.

A great apartment, well-equipped, like new. Good shower, washing machine and dishes. The terrace with chairs, a coffee table and another table for eating. The only negative thing is the height of the cupboards - but then we found the small steps!! Adrien has thought of all the comfort details - the right knives (maybe you can add a bread knife). There is also cutlery for when it is colder in the evening. Great location, all within walking distance, a Carrefour market 2 minutes' walk, small shops, bar and restaurants… great. "Our holiday favorites" We had a great stay at Jean-Yves's. The apartment is very well equipped, and very pleasant to live in. We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning in the sun. The decor is chic and elegant and Jean-Yves gave us recommendations as soon as we arrived. The elevator and parking space are a little extra. If you are passing through the area, we recommend the small Thai restaurant 3 km away. My thailand. The green curry is succulent.

Very nice, comfortable and very well located accommodation near the port (barely 5 min walk). Everything was perfect… we even regretted not being able to stay longer to enjoy the place. So, we keep the address carefully because we have planned to return.

We had a great weekend at Jessica and Jean-Baptiste's. The accommodation is very good and very clean. The residence is very quiet and in a good location. Communication was done by message but our exchanges were very friendly. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Excellent stay. Smiling and pleasant welcome, responsive and agile. Ideal family accommodation with lots of little extras (games, books, toilet reducer, kitchen equipment, etc.). Tastefully decorated, pleasant and practical, feet in the water! We will definitely come back ;-)
