Brilliant place to stay - spacious and clean. 2 large bedroom ( one en suite ) plus main bathroom - both with walk on showers. A little oasis out of the mad streets of hcmc . Around 10 mins in a grab taxi to d1. Everything you need in kitchen but the food outside is so good and cheap we did not be to use. Great bar for breakfast too. Felt very safe here as gated and lots of staff around. 2 lovely pools. Lots of ex pats live in this development. Infinitely better than a hotel

The value for money is right for us. The modern high-rise building where the apartment is located is located in a noble yet lively neighborhood of Saigon. There is a lot of greenery, a big park right on the Saigoner river. Restaurants, banks, a large shopping center, all-around supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance. The metro station "Van Thanh" is a 10-minute walk. It is also positive, the host of the apartment is very quick to respond to inquiries.
