Please note that there is a tourist tax of €2/day per person over 14 years of age to be paid upon arrival in the Balearic Islands. Tenants will be asked for the documentation referred to in the attached Royal Decree 933/2021.

** We have renovated our tennis court in time for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and we installed new LED lighting. Pictures are live!! The house has three rooms with king size beds - one mid size room that can either have a king or two singles, one smaller room with 2 single beds, and finally a "bonus room" that has two single beds. We normally only like this room to be used for kids/teens as it is not at the same level as the other rooms.

Puerto de Soller house 170 sq. meters on the 1st line

Two-story house, max. capacity 4 people, 170 square meters, located in the old fishermen's quarter, a normally quiet area except during the summer months when there is usually a little activity, which is normal. Views of the sea, mountains and fishing port, beach a few minutes walk away, bars, restaurants and shops a few steps away. It is the perfect accommodation for couples or families looking for fun.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
