Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

Arrive and feel at home in our 3-room apartment

Upon your arrival, freshly made beds await you - fresh towels are also ready for you. The apartment was completely newly renovated and refurbished in 2018 (new bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, etc.). Our apartment with approximately 100 m² is particularly suitable for families /couples and business travelers. Thanks to the excellent connection to the A650 highway, you can reach Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim or Heidelberg in a few minutes by car.

This small but sensibly divided apartment in the basement offers everything you need for your stay. Via a long driveway you reach the courtyard and the entrance to your apartment. In the vicinity you will find plenty of parking and shopping. In 10 minutes you can walk to the nearest train station / supermarket / bakery. The fast connection to the A6 / A650 will take you to Mannheim / Bad Dürkheim within 15-20 minutes. WiFi / TV available

In our apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy stay in a feel-good atmosphere. It was completed in 2021 and offers an open-plan living area with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The 34 m², bright apartment is south-facing. All windows face the green inner courtyard and provide plenty of light. Elke and Stephan live on the property and run the Stephan Schäfer carpentry shop.
