Beautiful, bright and sunny attic apartment in the middle of the "hotspot" of the Palatinate wine villages. 35 m2 attic studio, a newly laid beech solid wood floor, beautiful exposed beams and a really fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The house was built in 1828 and was completely renovated in 2018. In addition to the double bed, there is a new sofa bed (for 1-2 children), a small fridge, kettle and tea plus cups. NO KITCHEN available! The bathroom is BRAND NEW! (renovated in April 2022).

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. Here you can relax with a good glass of wine, enjoy the impressive scenery or discover one of the many offers of the unique holiday region. The apartment has a cozy living room as well as a separate bedroom and Wi-Fi. A modern kitchen with dining area complements the domicile. The attractive bathtub, a spacious hallway and a sun terrace complete the apartment.

Live in a small museum. Indulge in memories, or experience how your (grand)parents might have lived. Browse old books and magazines, listen to a record or a tape. There are many original items from the 60s and 70s to discover. Therefore, small children are not allowed. I put a lot of effort into creating an authentic atmosphere. The pictures speak for themselves. If you discover something that is too new, please tell me.
