Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, vraiment rien à dire mise à part que le jacuzzi ne marchait pas mais c’est pas grave, nous pouvons quand même faire un bain lol L’endroit où est situé l’appartement et proche de la corniche, Sidi Bou Said, à 10 minutes de Tunis centre en taxi L’hôte était extrêmement réactif Vraiment rien à dire au moindre soucis il répondait et réglais le problème l’appartement est super grand bien. Équipé bien décoré aussi merci encore pour votre accueil c’est sûr qu’on reviendra, nous passerons par votre entreprise

I totally reconmend staying in this beautiful apartment and will be back myself by the end of the summer. The apartment has a beautiful balcony and everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect - Aouina is a neighborhood where everything is close by and it is very lively. At the same time, both, La Marsa (the sea) and the city center are easy to reach by taxi. Mohamed is an amazing host who is very friendly and replies quickly to every question and request. Thank you for making this stay so enjoyable!

Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Amir pour son accueil et son accompagnement tout au long de notre séjour. Il a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’un sens du service exceptionnel — il est rare de rencontrer quelqu’un d’aussi serviable. Véritable conseiller et guide, il nous a aidés à découvrir la Tunisie dans les meilleures conditions. Toujours disponible, il répond à toute heure dès qu’on a besoin de lui. Lorsque notre vol a été retardé, il nous a même permis de rester plus longtemps dans le logement, avec une grande bienveillance. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, grâce à lui et à son appartement, lumineux, agréable et très bien situé. Encore un immense merci pour tout, Amir ! Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés à 100 %.

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien

Notre séjour à Tunis a été formidable ! Mohamed était vraiment très à l’écoute, toujours de bon conseil, il était là pour répondre à la moindre de nos questions et ça très rapidement et a su nous rassurer quand nous avions peur de pas trouver de taxi pour l’aéroport car nous partions très tard dans la nuit L’emplacement est excellent ! À côté de la gare Tunis marine pour aller à sidi bou Said, la marsa et Carthage, à 20mn à pied de la médina, et un restaurant à 15mn à pied très bon et abordable : restaurant com_art Nous reviendrons c’est sûr et certain Le logement est plutôt bien sécurisée, il y a deux portes à plusieurs verrous On avait tout le matériel nécessaire Je vous recommande les yeux fermés ! Encore merci pour ce séjour !!

Très beau séjour, tout s'est bien passé le top du top. je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Le prix est vraiment abordable. À Proximité de toutes commodités, magasin Aziza, des snacks des restaurants des cafés tout est parfait. Merciiiiiiii Infiniment à Haythem pour sa Gentillesse. À très bientôt. Nous reviendrons avec Grand plaisiiiiiiirrrrr.

l emplacement et ideal, 100m de la plage, 300m du petit port de sidi bou said pour prendre un jus frais pressé le matin et sami un hote trés prevenant, de bon conseil et acceuillant,je recommande sans hesitations jean-philippe

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Très agréable séjour chez Meher à l'occasion d'un mariage familial à Tunis. Le logement était très bien, propre, bien équipé et bien situé. La communication avec Meher a été très facile et spontanée et avec une très bonne réactivité. Merci pour tout. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Moncef, la proximité avec la mer est très agréable! L’appartement est spacieux avec nos deux enfants. Petit coup de cœur pour les tortues du jardin, qui ont été très appréciées par les enfants.

Un apartament spatios, curat aflat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de plaja si de prncipalele puncte de atractie din La Marsa. Hamdi a fost o gazda excelenta, usor de contactat si mereu de ajutor. Sper sa ma mai intor aici!

I had a great stay . Aymen was communicative and helpful, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. Everything I needed was available, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Location is safe plenty of parking in front of building , A private parking in underground garage Many restaurants within 2 minutes drive The apartment is great for a couple. With a child The airport is about 15-20 minutes drive It’s a great location for someone visiting the city or on a business trip Will definitely visit again

Amazing apartment. The host was very collaborative. Lac 2 is a delightful destination. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are situated in close proximity to the apartment. I recommend the host and the apartment.

1st floor accommodation in a family house with separate entrance. 5* for cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Mariem was always quick to respond and happy to help with information and suggestions. Approx 10-15 mins from Tunis Airport (10-12 Dinars if the driver used the taxi meter), 5 mins walking distance to TGM station L'Aeroport or 7 mins to TGM Kheireddine. Train leaves from Kheireddine towards La'Marsa and Sidi Bou Said at half past every hour and cost 0.5D pp. If you wish to travel to Avenue Habib Bourguiba which leads to the old Medina/ Bab-el-Bhar, You can take a louage (yellow local shared taxi van) from the main roundabout (5 mins walk) for 1.6D pp. Around this roundabout, you will also find many food options. 2 supermarkets are approx 2-3 minutes walk, Carrefour being the better option. Fresh fruit stalls, coffee shops, little street food huts and a bakery with fresh bread and other products are all approx 2-3 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a young family.

I sincerely recommend staying in this apartment! It is well-equipped, spacious, clean, and cozy. The location is very good, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Hamdi is a professional host - very helpful, so friendly, and quick to respond to messages. I will definitely come back here again! 😍

Excellent logement pratique, très propre et très bien placé à la Marsa. Je le recommande à tout voyageur solo ou couple qui veut un logement central. Chaima était parfaitement réactive 👍🏽

Our stay here was perfect, location was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Mahdi was very easy to coordinate with and helped us at every turn, definitely recommend.
