The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

There are a total of 11 beds including mattresses in the loft (level 3). In addition to that, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There's also a playground nearby. 1 adult and 2 children's bikes are available, along with some helmets. Bed linens are not included.
