Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Black Forest

WOW! The thing that made me book this place in the first place was the amazing view of pikes peak. It was the best experience to wake up in luxury while drinking a cup of coffee looking out on the mountains. The house was beautiful on a big lot with plenty of walking trails. This was the perfect escape from city life. Divide is only 30 minutes from many of the big attractions around so everything was easy to get to.

Very nice backyard, the snacks and pastries made up for the mini kitchen. One am our coffee pot and microwave breaker went out but the host was very prompt and within min everything working! One extra was a cool hideaway play area for young children. Every space was utilized very efficiently. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We even grilled freshly caught fish upstairs on the deck for dinner one night!!

This is the most peaceful, inspiring place that fuels creativity. My daughter painted and painted to her heart’s content. It was so cute and had so much character. The natural light was amazing!!

FANTASTIC STAY! we stayed at this home for three whole months while new to the area and looking for our own home. With two small children, this place is EXTREMELY kid friendly, owners even having a pack and play, doona stroller, kids kitchen utensils, baby bath tub, potty seat, etc. You literally don’t need to bring any kid stuff if you stay here it is that easy! Owners so quick to respond whenever I reached out. End of cul de sac against a field was so quiet and safe for play and so peaceful with the views, but plenty to do and convenient to everything very close by. Convenient bedrooms upstairs all together and movie room with plenty of extra places to sleep for guests and room for play! I can’t recommend this home enough for anyone trying to relax for a short term or long term stay, or for anyone with kiddos! We felt like home for our 3 month stay and made great memories there! Book now!

When we walked in there was that immediate sense of, "Ahh. We can relax here." The house was immaculate. The kitchen was thoughtfully and thoroughly stocked. Very nice, peaceful outdoor space also. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. Also, Jonathan was very responsive.

Adam is a fantastic host. He was responsive and made sure the house was ready for our arrival. We loved the location and proximity to USAFA. My husband and I were both able to work remotely during the day, me in the dining room and my husband in the upstairs office room. We enjoyed local trails in the evening. Perfect location for anyone traveling to USAFA or enjoying the beauty and friendliness of Colorado Springs. We hope to return soon! Adam’s place is perfect.

First and foremost, the backyard has a beautiful view of the Pike's Peak. The place was beautiful, very clean and very well furnished. Loved the way the master bedroom was setup. Most useful for us, they had everything we needed for our infant. Right from pack n play, stroller, high chair and equipment for bathing. They even had a few toys for him. The hosts were also very friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is also good with restaurants and groceries nearby. Close to Pike's Peak, garden of gods and other local attractions. Overall a great place to stay.

Loved the place itself and they provided almost everything you could possibly need! Feels like they went above and beyond. Super friendly and responsive. I liked that everything from Walmart to popular nature spots were minutes away. Excellent pricing as well. Definitely would love to stay here again!

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

Briar Patch Urban Farm was the PERFECT place for our family to stay! Our kids (ages 3 and 1) loved interacting with the animals, and Doug gave us a sweet little tour. The Airbnb was perfectly set up for families as well—they even had toys, kids plates/silverware, kids bath soap, and a bathroom stool! They were the most thoughtful and understanding hosts, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun and beautiful place to stay, especially if you have kids.

This beautiful home was close to everything. The original woodwork and all details were warm and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable and other living areas offered plenty of space. Frank and Ingrid were responsive and provided everything that we needed. We would stay here again when back in Colorado Springs.

Our second time to stay with Mishea, different unit but always a great experience!OCS is always a fun spot for a long weekend while visiting our son stationed at Ft. Carson. Will book again!!!

Tiffany, checked on us via the app and welcomed us by leaving fresh flowers, treats, snacks, and muffins, etc. She has been very thoughtful about the supplies and amenities she stocked throughout. Staying here was fabulous- it was easy, and the Hillside Hideout was beautiful, comfortable, and was convenient to many places and activities! I would stay here again!

The house was precious. We felt at home right away. Everything was super clean. Things were labelled throughout the house which made it easy to find things and figure out how to turn things on, etc. The hot tub was clean and definitely a plus. The owner also provided LOTS of information about the city and its surroundings: things to do, places to eat, etc. I was there with two of my teenage kids and we had plenty of room to hang--a million times better than staying in a hotel!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in the woods. The setting is peaceful and scenic — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabin itself was spotless and clearly very well cared for. Every room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed, with all the amenities you could need. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I booked. They were quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their hospitality really made the experience feel personal and welcoming. If you’re looking for a serene retreat surrounded by nature with amazing hosts, this is the place. I would absolutely stay here again!

Jimmy’s home was the perfect getaway/escape from the city while still being very close to everything! He was a top notch host and was very accommodating. It was a nice reset from reality. 10/10 recommend!

This beautiful home in Monument in a golf course community met our needs well as we gathered for a family milestone event. The setting is beautiful and quiet. The house is spacious with an amazing primary suite on the main floor and 6 other bedrooms, most of which had dedicated bathrooms. The kitchen is large and open, with two adjacent dining tables, perfect for a larger group. It was also well appointed in terms of coffee pots, pots and pans, silverware, place settings. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The house was gorgeous and huge! It was perfect to fit family and friends. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever i had questions. It was right in town and it was convenient to walk to the shops.

We had a wonderful stay in Colorado Springs. The home had incredible views and was conveniently located near world class hiking and great restaurants. The home is very private and has many spaces to relax—we loved the patio and rooftop deck. The home was perfectly clean and was well-stocked. This is a great place for a large or small group and we loved our stay.

This place really filled the bill. It was enormous but felt homey which is a real trick. Everyone had space and yet we came together naturally. The back yard is really nicely enclosed with plenty of chairs. Had no idea we would hang out there for hours. It is an historic house with creeks and quirks, but nicely updated and decorated. Great location and worked really well for a graduation party of 9 plus various children stopping in! One family stayed in the coach house, so that worked well too.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was spectacular and accommodated all of my family. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit!
