Black Swan Cottage provides a unique opportunity for people who wish to experience living in Tasmania in such a beautiful location that Kingston Beach has to offer. The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. When you walk through the front gate you feel a tranquil calmness come over you when you see the river flowing past the garden with ducks and swans paddling in the water.

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed. Car recommended, 35min to airport & city. Pets request.

Situated in Kingston Beach just a 15 minute drive from the city of Hobart with a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. There are various walking tracks along the water. It is in a quiet area over looking Mount Wellington and Kingston Beach with views over the River Derwent including South Arm and Opossum Bay. Kingston is the gateway to the Huon Valley and Bruny Island a 25-30 minute drive.

Our renovated apartment is just 20 m from glorious Blackman's Bay beach; at the quiet end. You can sit in the garden, enjoy the ocean view and at night be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Perfect place to just relax. Please note that during peak periods we may require a minimum stay of 6 nights; ie/. between December 24th to 30th.
