Very nice and nice house. 4 adults and 4 children aged 3-7 years stayed and we had plenty of space. There were toys, games and drawing opportunities for the children. Good floor plan/furnishing in the house, the children could play in a room and we adults could eat/sit and talk in the room next door with an eye on the children. Nice outdoor environment. Close to 2 swimming areas. Quick and good communication with the host. Would highly recommend this home. We'll definitely be back.

So the location and the view from the bedroom are actually much better than in the photos. It is truly a beautiful place. You are completely in nature, but it is not far to Astrid Lindgren's world and a moose park. Marie is next door with her family and always helpful, but never intrusive, so you always have your privacy. For this, the apartment still offers a lot of children's toys for free. Beautiful. Had a great stay over a long weekend at Jan's cabin with our two kids. Everything was great - the cabin itself, the outside terrace areas and the garden, the lake - and not least a forest behind the house with lots of "secret things" to discover, really a paradise. There was lots of toys - even small "Bobby cars" for the kids to race down the small (and safe) hill beside the cabin. It was a great place to explore Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World from, and we ended up spending more time In and outside the cabin than planned because it was so nice.
