Nestled between the Lerderderg State Park and the Wombat State Forest , the property has a wonderful bush aspect and is frequented by many gorgeous bird species as well as kangaroos and wombats.

An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Set on 5 acres of mainly native bushland, our cottage is a real retreat from the urban rat race. The cottage is well equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. We have central hydronic heating but the 2 large open fireplaces are a real feature of the cottage. We are regularly visited by kangaroos, kookaburras and other native wildlife. Fur kids are entirely welcome and we have a secure area with a large kennel if you want to leave them while you explore the delights of Daylesford.
