Very nice apartment, all comforts, living room, equipped kitchen, with views of the Loire, 5 min walk from the walks of the banks of the Loire, and 15 min walk from the city center! Bus stop just across from the building. Southwest facing, the apartment is bright... It offers a bedroom with a double bed (memory mattress)and en-suite. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. I also have a parking space in the basement. And a furnished balcony.
