Lieu idéal pour découvrir la Région et ses richesses : la Sologne, bord de Loire, visite du zoo de Beauval ( Plus beau zoo de France) et les nombreux châteaux de la Loire. Piste cyclable passe devant l'habitation.

Il y a une piscine privée chauffée à partir du 1er Mai jusqu'au 15 octobre (4x3 x1,40), aucun vis à vis ne pertube la quiétude du gite............

Il se compose d'une grande cuisine ouverte sur le séjour et d'une chambre avec salle de bains séparée par une porte de garage coulissante. Dans la chambre, vous disposez d'une lit double (160 cm) et dans le séjour un lit simple (90 cm) avec un canapé non convertible pouvant servir de petit lit une place.
