Large windows front and back create a wonderful sense of space at the end of a dead-end private drive. The 420 sq ft space includes a 65" HD TV with DirectTV service, high speed wireless and wired internet, kitchenette with convection cook microwave, fridge/freezer, w/many other extras. Unit was recently remodeled and all new furniture added. 1 Queen bed, reclining sofa, lots of storage spc.

Shared pool and hot tub on property. Located near the main house where there are chickens, dragon fruit farm and loads of other garden delights to enjoy. 2 guests max, no children under 12.
