Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.

Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. After all the research I'm so glad I ended up in this place it was just a great location to do everything that we wanted to do. Having the golf cart definitely is a must, it's fun to drive around and sightsee. Very attention to detail at the house and clean, perfect fit for six girls. The outside seating area was nice, also the covered front porch was nice for the rainy days. I like that everything was up to date, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Neighbors were nice! Very responsive hosts and friendly! Thanks guys!:)

The home was perfect for our family beach vacation. The home is beautiful with a great outdoor space to hang out. It had everything we needed to cook, etc. Hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. We had a great time!

The most beautiful place!!!!! It’s even better in person than in the pictures! View is breathtaking and had me running to the balcony in the morning to see the view. Watching the sunset in the evening was one of our favorite things to do. The space was HUGE - way bigger than expected, extremely clean, and everything you would need for a stay. Everything is close and walkable. So many amenities, great gym, included parking, and chairs and umbrella. Truly the best experience we’ve had at an air bnb. We hope to visit often! The hosts very clear instructions and responsiveness made check in and the entire process beyond easy. There were tons of recommendations and our only regret was not booking longer! One of a kind stay!
