Our beautiful home is completely updated and features clean and comfortable furnishings. The home offers both front and back screened-in porches, with the back overlooking the water. The brand new beautiful pool is less than a 40 yard walk. Our one-story home is in the heart of the Sandestin Resort. We are in the center of everything- four golf courses, the tennis center, a marina with a restaurant, walking paths, fishing, shopping, and the beach- all within a 5 minute golf cart ride.

A private balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, showcasing clear turquoise waters and soft sandy beach below. Two comfortable outdoor chairs are positioned for relaxation, with an unobstructed vista that enhances the beachfront experience.
